Test and Measurement Procedures
Inductance (L): Tested at 100kHz, 0.1V using HP4284A meter or equivalent.
DC Resistance (DCR): Tested using Keysight 34420A or equivalent.
Saturation Current (Isat): DC current at which inductance decreases by 30% of its initial value. Tested using WK3260B LCRmeter/WK3265B or equivalent.
Temperature Rise Current (Irms): DC current causing a 40 rise in chip surface temperature from initial surface temperature (Ta).
Reflow Soldering Profile
Preheat condition: 150~200 / 60~120sec.
Allowed time above 217: 60~90sec.
Max temp: 260
Max time at max temp: 10sec
Solder paste: Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu
Allowed Reflow time: 2 times max
