The Praetorian L-C LCD and Camera EMI Filter Array with ESD Protection, model CM1492-06DE, offers robust EMI filtering and integrated ESD protection for sensitive LCD and camera data lines in mobile and wireless handsets. It features six channels of Pi-style EMI filters (capacitor-inductor-capacitor network) providing greater than 30dB attenuation at 1GHz. Each channel is equipped with 15kV ESD protection (contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4) and 30kV ESD protection (HBM). The device is housed in a compact, RoHS-compliant, lead-free TDFN package with a 0.40mm lead pitch, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
