It utilizes a high-stability oscillation circuit, a high-precision varactor diode, and a high-output power RF triode to ensure a stable waveform and high output power. Operating on a standard 5V supply with a tuning voltage up to 9V, it achieves wideband output. The YSGM293606 includes integrated rectifier filtering and RF output matching units, requiring minimal external components and offering good output power flatness. The RF output can directly connect to a 50 RF cable for ease of use. The device comes in a 7mmx9mmx2mm general-purpose package, making it a direct replacement for similar products on the market.
