The INNOTION YSGM112208 is a highly reliable, low phase noise Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). It offers a tunable frequency range of 110-220MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-9V. The VCO features a phase noise of -98dBc/Hz at a 10kHz offset and an output power of 8dBm when supplied with 5V. It also provides typical second harmonic suppression of -10dBc and comes in a 7x9 mm2 SMT package compliant with industrial standards.
