The YSGM172308 is a highly integrated VCO with a standard package size. It utilizes a high cutoff frequency RF transistor as the oscillator, offering high output power and good isolation. This VCO features a high-stability oscillation circuit structure, high-precision varactor diodes, and a high-output power RF triode to ensure a stable oscillation waveform and high output power. It operates on a standard 5V supply voltage, compatible with a 4.2V to 6V range, and offers a wide tuning voltage range for broadband high-power output. Integrated rectifier filter and RF output matching units require minimal external components and provide good output power flatness. The RF output can be directly connected to a 50 RF cable for ease of use. The device is housed in a 7mm x 9mm x 2mm universal package, making it a direct replacement for similar products on the market.
