The INNOTION YSGM657103 is a highly integrated VCO in a standard package, featuring a high cutoff frequency RF transistor for high output power and good isolation. It utilizes a stable oscillation circuit, high-precision varactor diodes, and a high output power RF triode to ensure stable waveforms and high output power. Operating on a standard 5V supply with a compatible range of 4-6V, it offers a wide tuning voltage range for broadband, high-power output. Integrated rectifier filtering and RF output matching units minimize external components and ensure good output power flatness. The RF output can directly connect to a 50 RF line for ease of use. Its 7mmx9mmx2mm universal package size allows for direct replacement of similar market products.
