The Vishay Dale WSBS8518...35 is a Power Metal Strip Shunt Resistor featuring sense pins and low TCR capabilities. Designed for high power-to-resistor size ratio, it utilizes a proprietary processing technique to achieve extremely low resistance values (100 , 500 , and 1000 ). Its welded terminal to element construction and solid metal nickel-chrome alloy resistive element contribute to its low TCR (down to < 10 ppm/C), very low inductance (< 5 nH), and low thermal EMF (< 1.25 V/C). This resistor is suitable for applications requiring precise current sensing and high power handling in a compact form factor.
