The Piher PT-10 and PTC-10 are 10-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Featuring a shaftless design, they accommodate various engagement mechanisms like custom shafts, motor controls, or human interfaces. These potentiometers are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, and volume. They offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, carbon or cermet resistive elements, and up to 16 mechanical detents for tactile feedback. With a lifespan of up to 100,000 cycles and IP54 protection, they are ideal for appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
