The device is an 8-bit noninverting level shifter that uses two independently configurable power rails.The a port tracks the supply voltage at the VCCA pin.The VCCA pin accepts any supply voltage between 1.4 V and 3.6 V.The B port tracks the supply voltage at the VCCB pin.The VCCB pin accepts any supply voltage between 1.65V and 5.5V.Two input supply pins enable low voltage bidirectional conversion between 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V voltage nodes.When the output enable (OE) input is low, all outputs are placed in a high impedance (Hi-Z) state.To place the device in a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE needs to be tied to GND through a pull-down resistor.The current draw capability of the driver determines the minimum value of the resistor
