The Dishwasher Tub Assembly Line designed for a customer in Algeria showcases IDO Technology’s expertise in delivering precision, flexibility, and high production standards. This forming line transforms raw components—such as tubs, covers, side/back panels, brackets, reinforcement frames, and sealing supports—into finished dishwasher tubs. Each stage of the production process is engineered to maximize consistency, ensure high qualification rates, and maintain high efficiency, while meeting safety and ergonomic standards.
The line integrates multiple forming and joining processes, such as roll-seaming, clinching, adhesive sealing, u-bending, frame reinforcement, bitumen surface treatment, and more. Special attention is paid to operator safety, equipment protection (guards, safety interlocks, HMI alarms), and automated / manual hybrid operations. The result is a tub production line with fast cycle times, high yield, and built-in reliability.

Purpose: Convert raw materials into finished dishwasher tub assemblies with high consistency and quality
Cycle Time: ≤ 25 seconds per piece for equipment run; full cycle ≤ 35 seconds per piece (including manual steps)
Qualification Rate: ≥ 99% for whole line output
Power / Utilities: Three-phase five-wire 380V ±10%, 50Hz; dry compressed air at 0.5-0.7 MPa
Durability / Tooling Life: Clinching punch (stainless steel) ≥ 20,000 uses; hot dip galvanized sheets tooling life ≥ 50,000 uses
Manual Operation Time: ≤ 10 seconds within cycle
Safety Features: HMI controls, two-hand switches or foot switches, emergency stop, optical grating / protection structure around moving parts, alarms when doors / guards open
Roll-Seaming (Mechanical Roll Seaming): Used for joining the bottom & upper cover with side-back-side panels. Automatic positioning, roll-seaming, and ejection. Operator involved in loading parts and final ejection.
Bracket Clinching on Upper Cover: Manual loading, automatic clinching, manual removal.
Adhesive Sealant Dispensing: Upper cover and bottom are manually placed, then transported via transverse moving module to robot-dispensing station. Inspection then unloading.
Side-Back-Side Panel Processing: Includes clinching of bracket, U-bending, manual loading/unloading.
Tub Sealing Support & Frame Reinforcement: Clinching of sealing support, frame reinforcements, hinge plate assembly.
Surface Treatment: Bitumen Oven Line: After glue injection / roll-seaming and cleaning, bitumen is applied and baked with chain plate line.
