This sheet metal progressive stamping die is designed for manufacturing S355 automotive small table panels. With dimensions of 2000 × 800 × 560 mm and a weight of 4 tons, the die is engineered for use with a 500-ton stamping press. It incorporates MISUMI standard parts and offers a designed service life of 1,000,000 shots, supporting stable, precise and efficient high-volume production of automotive sheet metal components.
The die is manufactured through CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, fitting, assembly and tryout.
Tool materials, standard components, heat treatment and coatings are defined in the approved die design and bill of materials.
Production speed, maintenance intervals and die-life conditions are confirmed in the technical agreement.
