(1) The vehicle chassis is a special chassis for automobile self-research, and the main advantages are:
The chassis and top are designed and manufactured for compressed garbage trucks. The upper installation and the chassis are designed at the same time, the layout is designed in advance, the assembly space and interface are reserved, and do not damage the chassis structure and anti-corrosion performance.
Integrated thermal management. Vehicle heat dissipation system, air conditioning system integration, independent development of integrated thermal management unit, to achieve the vehicle motor electric control, power battery, mounted power unit heat dissipation and cab air conditioning functions.
Painting process: the structural parts of the whole vehicle are coated by electrophoresis. Ensure that the structural parts are 6-8 years without corrosion, more durable and reliable.
Three-power system: The matching design of the three-power system is based on the working condition of the compressed garbage truck, and the working state of the vehicle operation is extracted through big data analysis. The power system is always running in the efficient area, which is very energy saving.
Informatization: real-time monitoring of vehicle informatization; big data of loading operation; accurately grasp vehicle habits and improve management efficiency.
High safety
(1) Battery High protection level: battery protection level IP68, reaching the advanced level in the industry. Lithium iron phosphate system, high strength aviation aluminum box, double cells only smoke without fire under thermal runaway; full electric acupuncture, maximum temperature 50 degrees. Real-time monitoring of battery safety: real-time monitoring of single voltage value; real-time monitoring of total system voltage; monitor the charge and discharge current of battery module; monitor the insulation performance of battery system; monitor other high and low level signals; and control charge and discharge according to the requirements of the vehicle system and battery state; accurately calculate the remaining charge value of power battery. (2) Motor High protection level: motor protection grade IP68, reaching the advanced level in the industry. Protection function: over temperature, overload, short circuit in phase, short circuit to ground, over current, over voltage, under voltage, phase deficiency, stall, load mutation at work and other real-time stop function to protect the body from damage. (3) Electric control
The integrated four-in-one controller is adopted, and the high voltage plug all adopts the fast plug structure, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance. The high voltage plug points are reduced to 7 to improve the safety of electricity consumption.

(4) Driving safety assistance
360° View system: through the front, both sides, the rear of the four cameras to achieve all-round visibility. Through the visual monitoring of the vehicle surrounding the situation is convenient for the driver to park, avoid the blind area brings inconvenience to the driver, and has the function of the traffic recorder.
Anti-slip slope: the vehicle is on the ramp, and the gear is located in the drive gear. The vehicle will activate the anti-slip slope function, control the motor into the zero speed control, and realize the anti-slip slope function. (5) Operation safety Configure the emergency stop switch and stop the loading. Install the anti-drop switch. During the vehicle maintenance and maintenance, press the anti-drop switch to prevent other personnel from misoperation. The central control screen and the tail operation panel in the cab logically lock each other to prevent safety accidents from the operation interference of the two personnel. hot test
The first special vehicle in China to conduct high temperature test and full road condition test. High temperature test area: The high temperature test was conducted in Turpan City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Turpan city is located in the central part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The annual average temperature is 13.9ºC, and more than 100 hot days are higher than 35ºC. The extreme high temperature in summer is 49.6ºC, and the surface temperature is mostly above 70ºC, with a record of 82.3ºC. Road conditions comply with GB / T12534 General Rules for Automobile Road Test Methods. Main test items: refrigeration effect of vehicle air conditioning in high temperature environment, start verification after high temperature exposure, verification of conventional components after high temperature exposure, high temperature range verification, high temperature fast charging verification, high temperature reliability driving verification, etc.
cold test
The first special vehicle in China to carry out low-temperature test and full-road condition test. Alpine region test: Alpine region test was carried out in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province. The lowest environmental temperature in this test is-28ºC, and the road conditions comply with GB / T 12534 General Rules for Automobile Road Test Methods. Main test items: (1) verification of heating effect of vehicle air conditioning; (2) low temperature cold start verification; (3) verification of conventional parts after low temperature immersion; (4) low temperature range verification; (5) low temperature fast charge verification; and (6) high temperature reliability driving verification. Adjust the reservoir water depth to 500mm. Prepare the vehicle conditions and adjust the charge state of the vehicle not less than 50%. After starting the vehicle into the pool in the forward gear, then accelerate slowly to the target speed of (8 ± 3) km/h and then drive at a constant speed until it drives out of the pool. Then reverse the vehicle into the pool, slowly accelerate to the target speed of (8 ± 3) km/h, and then maintain a constant speed until out of the pool. Start when the vehicle reaches the target speed until the test ends after 10 minutes in the reservoir of 500mm depth. Insulation resistance is 500 Ω / V. The vehicle did not stop driving in the process of wading. The vehicle did not faulty in the process of wading. The vehicle did not slow down in the process of wading. The crew cabin carpet has no water stains or water accumulation during the wading process.

The bottom plate of the packing bucket is made of 6mmQste420tm steel plate, the packing skateboard guide rail is made of 8mm QSTE420TM high strength steel plate bending molding, the rest of the bearing components shall have yield strength greater than Q355B steel, with a thickness of not less than 2.5mm, and the bottom sewage tank of the filler is made of Q355B steel plate, with a thickness of 4mm.
