Standard compliance
This equipment strictly complies with Articles 20 and 21 of IEC884-1 (Figure 16), as well as IEC60669-1 and IEC61058-1.
Functional use
It is used for the on-off capacity test and normal operating life test of switches in household and similar fixed electrical installations.
It is suitable for the breaking capacity test of plugs and sockets, as well as the mechanical action test of normal operating life.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether switches, plugs and sockets can withstand mechanical damage and electrical fatigue failure in normal operation, and to use contact adhesion, long-term on/off state and other phenomena as the basis for determining whether the sample is excessively damaged.
Scope of application
It is suitable for push button switches, toggle switches, rocker switches, push-pull switches and knob switches with a rated current less than 32A. When connected to a load box, it can also be used for load testing.
Equipment structure and control
It adopts an aluminum alloy frame and a stainless steel sealing plate structure, driven by a servo motor and a ball screw.
Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen for setting test parameters, controlled by PLC. Parameters such as test times, on-time, test rate, rotation angle, etc. can be preset.
Equipped with current display function, it can display current sample information.
