Charging a circuit that already leaks wastes refrigerant, hides a fault and can send a defective unit further down the line. The HongCe HC-RF-P3 runs a short leak pre-check before the charge is released, so a leaking circuit is stopped while it is still cheap to fix.
The pre-check uses pressure decay with a helium trace to confirm that the circuit holds before charging begins. It adds only a few seconds to the cycle, and the result is recorded against the unit so quality teams can see which parts were checked and passed.
When a leak is detected, the station raises an alarm and interlocks the charging step, so refrigerant is not released into a leaking circuit. That protects charge precision, keeps the working area cleaner and removes the manual decision from the operator.
