Product Introduction with Water Teether Testing Equipment:

This water filled teether machine is full automatic, which adopts advanced flow control, automatic water filled, and automatic sealing and cutting, it is common use in the similar products of punching process.

The system consists of an automatic water filled mechanism, an automatic sealing mechanism, an automatic cutting mechanism, an automatic rotary table and control system, manual loading and unloading. System with workpiece parameters transfer function, one button operation.

1. This equipment adopts turntable type structure, a total of 4 working stations, including 1 loading and unloading station(Switching operation), 1 automatic water filled station,1 hot-melt sealing station, 1 automatic cutting station.

2. This equipment uses the flow to control the quantity of water to prevent the water shortage or excessive deformation.

3. Hot-melt sealing and automatic cutting.

This equipment uses the manipulator to do the automatic unloading, no need operating by hand, prevent misoperation when loading and unloading.

4.This equipment uses the PLC to do the automatic control for operating, high production efficiency, good stability and simple easy to use, can achieve the goal of improving the test quality and reducing the labor cost.
