Product Introduction with Testing Equipment:

This tumbling barrel testing machine fully meets the requirements of standards such as VDE0620, IEC60068-2-32, BS1363.1, EN50075, and UL60730. It is specifically designed to test the drop resistance of electrical accessories, aiming to simulate potential drop situations during rough handling, evaluate its impact on the sample, or demonstrate a minimum level of robustness to meet the requirements of safety assessment.

Standard with Testing Equipment: IEC 60884-1 2013 clause 24.2, IEC 60598-1, IEC 60998.1, VDE0620, IEC 60068-2-31, BS1363.1, EN50075, UL60730, IEC 60312-1 and so on.

Application with Testing Equipment: This device is suitable for test the drop resistance of plugs and socket-outlets, surface type mounting boxes, screw glands, gland covers, switch and other electrical accessories.

Operation Steps with Testing Equipment:

1. Set the number of drop, it will immediate effect after reset. User needs to press the reset button when change setting value of the drop times each time, otherwise, the counter will according to the original setting value to work.

2. Need to close the door after the specimen is put inside.

3.Press the "Start" button and start the test.

4.The test machine will stop working when achieve to the setting value, press the “Reset” button to eliminate the sound alarm.

5. Take out the sample, and judge the test results.

Note: The power supply of this machine is single phase 220V±10%, 50HZ, the voltage should be guaranteed within the specified range, otherwise it will affect the rotating speed of the barrel (and will damage the motor).

Notice

When the box body is stopped in the inclined position, re-start the testing machine, make it stop when the box goes to the proper position, so that not to damage the machine transmission parts.
