Product Description
The impeller and volute liner are the important wet parts for transfering slurry. Our impeller and liner are interchangable with warman wet part. They are the replacements of warman standrad impeller and liner.
The material of impeller and liner is required abrasive-resistant. It is high chrome cast iron alloy, Cr26, Cr27, Cr28, A05, A07, A49.

High chrome alloy material

A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions.The high abrasive-resistance of A05 is supported by the presence of hard carbides within its micro-structure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required. |

Application
The material of the slurry pump impeller and liner is anti-abrasive. The slurry pump is use for ore slurry transfering in coal mining, gold mining, iron mining and copper mining. The impeller and volute liner is the replacement of warman 12/10ST- type slurry pump wet parts. ODM is also available in our factory. Our experts are able to make cast mould according drawings.
