1. Product Introduction

The mobile phone control system establishes an integrated group management framework, enabling signal suppression, network blocking, and mass SMS alerts. It restricts device interactions with external networks while periodically blocking smartphone operations—including photography, video recording, and audio recording—through targeted pop-up notifications. This comprehensive approach effectively prevents the spread of related incidents across digital platforms.

2.1 Pop-up SMS

In the group event, the coverage area of the vehicle-mounted equipment makes the controlled mobile phone periodically (<1s) receive screen-occupying messages, making the mobile phone unable to operate, so that it cannot take photos or video; it can compile the content of the messages by itself to drive away the troublemakers.

After the pop-up message is triggered on the target phone, it will be directly displayed on the screen. If you do not click to close or exit the phone, you cannot operate it. If the phone is in the recording state, the recording behavior will be directly interrupted. The pop-up message can be sent periodically to effectively restrict the operation of the target phone.

2.2 Communication interruption

By shutting down the target phone and connecting it to the 2G network of the Strong Control device, the target will be unable to surf the Internet and do business normally, effectively cutting off the communication channels with the outside world.

3． application scenarios

The strong control system is applied in the following scenarios to reduce the social impact of the corresponding events:

Mass incidents: In large-scale events such as rallies and demonstrations, it is necessary to temporarily restrict the functions of participants' mobile phones in order to prevent the rapid spread of event information on the Internet and cause greater social impact.

Emergency: In emergency situations such as terrorist attacks, it is necessary to control mobile phones in the affected areas to prevent the spread of rumors and panic.

The channels of event information dissemination can be summarized as the following three points:
