WHAT'S INDUCTION FORING MACHINE 
Forging is a process where metal is formed into shape using pressure applied by an impact hammer or press. It is one of the oldest known metalworking processes. Metals can be forged cold, warm or hot. Cold forging is used for forming softer materials and smaller steel parts, but this process hardens the material making it brittle and difficult to process after forging. Hot forging is when a part is heated above the material recrystallization temperature before forging, typically 1100 °C (2012 °F). Hot forging allows a part to be formed with less pressure, creating finished parts with reduced residual stress that are easier to machine or heat treat. Warm forging is forging a part below the recrystallization temperature, typically below 700 °C (1292 °F). Some processes require a whole part to be forged, called billet heating, such as manufacturing automobile crankshafts. In other applications, only one end of a part needs to be forged, called bar end heating, such as manufacturing automobile steering components or hot heading fasteners

8)Heating time can set 1-999S also can set 0.1-99.9S.
9)Water pressure meter install the machine, can check water pressure at the meter, easy to know whether your cooling system is enough or not.
10) Energy Saving Up to 20-30% compare with SCR machine.
11) Soft Switch Technology And prefect Protection system( Over Heat, Over Current, Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Phase Fail, Lack Water) enhance Good Reliability.
12) 4 Different working modes:
P0: Means work at the manual, the machine will Sequential timing, Timer 1 shows the heating time, Timer 2 shows working frequency, when you Press, then the machine stop it.  If use the Foot Switch, Step On the Foot Switch not loose it, then the machine is working, loose the foot switch, then the machine stop heating.  
P1: Means Work at time we set it before heating, Timer 1: means heating time( this is countdown count time, Timer 2: Display Working Frequency. For example: If you set heating time 20S, the machine will countdown count time, when finish 20S then stop the machine automatically.  If use the foot switch, Step on the foot switch then loose is at once, the machine is working, when finish the heating time that we set, then the machine stop it automatically.

Advantage for Digital Type:

1 Front Panel use the LCD Touch Screen, Key and Power Switch, all digital display, can use Switch Signal( Electrical frequency signal) to control the machine start and stop, and control the power via PLC.

Visual Human-computer Interface makes the operator feel more intimate and intuitive. Because of its abundant industrial interfaces, it has stronger and more flexible matching ability with robots, various automation equipment and remoe control (unmanned) devices.

2 Induction Heating Machine have remote control function and adopt digital circuit control, power regulation can be adjusted from 0% to 100% resolution and digital PID temperature control module can be configured to set the target

temperature of workpiece(infrared temperature measurement orthermocouple temperature measurement) automatically. The accuracy of temperature control is + 1'C for power regulation in heating process.

3 There are 5 working model, manual, timer, temperature, Constant temperarure, section heating model.

1) Manual, On and stop in the Switch

2 ) Timer, setting heating time, after reach the heating time, then stop. Fixed Temperature: Set the heating temperature that we need it, when the reach to the temperature that we need it, then stop the machine.

3) Constant Temperature: Adjust the heating power automatic to keep the same temperature to the workpiece.

4) Section Heating model, there are 8(S1-S8) options, each section can set the heating power, timer, temperature or constant temperarture, temperature or constant temperature just can choose any one. Power as 0 means no need to heat, put the paramater that you need to set, if not choose that function then show"--

5) There are 9 (P1-P9)programs, which can memorize 9 different workpiece in the machine, and select programs by clicking P(P1-P9). Can save much time if you have many workpiece in one machine, you can choose the programs (P1-P9) to fast working.
