This Ingot Aluminum melting induction furnace is a 35kw medium frequency IGBT machine designed for aluminum foundries, die casting plants and recycling operations that cast aluminum ingots, sows and small billets. The LSZ-35 melts 10kg of aluminum or aluminum alloy in each batch, while the same machine can handle 30kg of copper and gold or silver alloys when production needs change. Induction heating keeps the aluminum bath clean because there is no combustion gas contact, which reduces oxide formation and improves metal yield from scrap charges. The furnace reaches pouring temperature rapidly, so operators can cast more ingots per shift, and the adjustable frequency range allows fine tuning of the stirring intensity to mix alloying elements evenly before pouring.
