This Heavy Duty induction melting furnace is a 90kw IGBT medium frequency machine built for industrial melting rooms that process 40kg steel charges or 120kg copper and precious metal batches on a daily basis. The LSZ-90 delivers the power headroom and thermal stability needed for continuous production in foundries, metal recyclers and alloy plants, while the IGBT inverter keeps electrical consumption well below that of older SCR systems. The LSZ-90 heavy duty furnace is applied in steel jobbing foundries melting small heats for castings, in non ferrous plants producing copper and brass billets, and in precious metal refiners running 120kg silver and gold recovery batches. Metal recyclers use the furnace to upgrade steel and copper scrap into ingots, while research institutes employ it for alloy development work that requires accurate temperature control at high power. The furnace can be supplied with fixed or tilting crucible options to match the pouring method used in each plant.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceThe LSZ-90 ships in a reinforced wooden export case with the IGBT power cabinet, crucible assembly, cooling system, cables and complete operation documentation. Before delivery each unit is tested under full load with a real melting cycle to verify power output, temperature control and protection functions. The furnace is covered by a one-year warranty on the inverter and control electronics, with remote installation support, operator training guidance and worldwide spare parts service for crucibles, coils and capacitors.
