The XRF high-frequency melting prototype is composed of four parts: heating system, control system, mechanical system and water cooling system

The heating system uses our company's homemade high-frequency power supply to form a vortex on the platinum crucible, so that the platinum crucible induction heating;
Control system using touch screen display and input data, programmable controller (PLC) control, can store at least 10 kinds of samples, the user only set according to the requirements of sample melt: current and time (oxidation, heating, constant temperature, rotation, forming) steps, then gently press start (built-in screen key) to complete a sample preparation process.
