       The heating system uses our company's homemade high-frequency power supply to form a vortex on the platinum crucible, so that the platinum crucible induction heating;
Control system using touch screen display and input data, programmable controller (PLC) control, can store at least 10 kinds of samples, the user only set according to the requirements of sample melt: current and time (oxidation, heating, constant temperature, rotation, forming) steps, then gently press start (built-in screen key) to complete a sample preparation process. The water cooling system is composed of water pump, water tank and exhaust fan. The inlet temperature range of the cooling water system is 5-45ºC; the inlet pressure range is: 0.1M Pa- -0.3MPa. Ensure the normal operation of the electrical components in the equipment;
