1.Product Description
This customized ZXY2622 audio isolation transformer features a high-performance silicon steel core and a multifunctional impedance ratio design of * * 75 Ω: 75/300/600 Ω * *. It can achieve efficient electrical isolation, balanced/unbalanced conversion, and precise impedance matching in signal transmission. Its customized silicon steel material ensures high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics, providing flat frequency response and low distortion performance in the audio frequency band. It is widely used in applications that require high reliability signal processing and noise suppression, such as broadcasting communication and professional audio systems.
1. Signal electrical isolation
As a transformer, it transmits signals through magnetic coupling, completely cutting off the DC electrical path between the input and output terminals. This fundamentally eliminates the "ground loop" caused by the potential difference between devices, effectively filtering out the hum, buzzing, and other common mode interference introduced thereby, protecting and purifying the signal.
2. Balanced/Unbalanced Conversion
Built in natural 'Balun' function. It can efficiently convert common single ended (unbalanced, such as 75 Ω coaxial) signals on the device side into balanced (such as 300 Ω or 600 Ω dual line) signals suitable for long-distance, anti-interference transmission, and vice versa. This is the key to improving the stability of the system in complex electromagnetic environments.
3. Multi impedance matching
Its unique tap design enables precise impedance matching for three professional scenarios with just one component:
1: Isolation transmission: 75 Ω to 75 Ω, used for direct isolation.
Upgrade to standard balanced circuit: Convert 75 Ω to standard 300 Ω or 600 Ω balanced input/output to ensure maximum signal power transmission and reduce reflection loss.
