1.Product Description

This is an inductor that uses a high magnetic flux efficiency ring core. It is made by winding 5 turns of enameled wire with a specification of 0.6mm wire diameter/1mm outer diameter, with a wire length of about 20cm and an inductance of about 10 µ H. Its unique vertical base design not only closes the magnetic circuit, reduces leakage magnetic poles, and minimizes electromagnetic interference, but also can be vertically installed on the circuit board, saving PCB flat space while providing stable support and standard plug-in pins. It is very suitable for energy storage and high-frequency noise filtering in compact switching power supply circuits.


1. Circular magnetic core structure:
High magnetic flux efficiency: The magnetic circuit is closed, with fewer magnetic leakage poles, less electromagnetic interference to external components, and strong anti-interference ability.
High inductance/volume ratio: relatively high inductance can be obtained in a smaller volume.
Low electromagnetic radiation: very suitable for occasions with high EMI requirements.


2. Vertical strap base design:
Save PCB area: Vertical installation occupies "three-dimensional space" rather than "planar area", which is very advantageous when PCB layout is tight.
Stable installation: The base allows the inductor to stand firmly on the PCB and withstand certain mechanical stress and vibration.
Automated production friendly: Standard direct insertion pins are convenient for wave soldering or manual soldering, suitable for large-scale production.
Pin spacing standard: typically 2.54mm (0.1 inch) or similar standard spacing.


3. Determined electrical parameters:
Due to the clear specification of the magnetic core model, wire diameter, and number of turns, its inductance value (10 µ H), saturation current, and DC resistance parameters are relatively stable and consistent, and the batch repeatability is good.
