Permalloy Core: The ZXY3522 audio transformer uses Permalloy as the core material. Permalloy is an iron nickel alloy with high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics. This enables transformers to achieve efficient electromagnetic conversion and reduce energy loss when processing audio signals, thereby ensuring high-quality transmission and restoration of audio signals.


2. Winding design: With a special turns ratio of 5.5+5.5:1+1+0.5, this multi tap winding design provides flexible impedance matching capability for transformers. Magnetic Flux Transfer The magnetic field generated by the primary winding penetrates the permalloy core and then links with the secondary winding. As the magnetic field is alternating, it continuously changes in magnitude and direction.The changing magnetic flux through the secondary winding induces an electromotive force (EMF) in the secondary coil according to Faraday's law. The induced EMF in the secondary winding is proportional to the rate of change of magnetic flux and the number of turns in the secondary winding.
Turns Ratio and Voltage Transformation The ZXY3522 has a turns ratio of 5.5 + 5.5:1 + 1 + 0.5. The ratio of the number of turns in the primary windin to the number of turns in the secondary winding determines the voltage transformation ratio .If the primary voltage is and the secondary voltage is , a step - down transformation occurs when , and a step - up transformation occurs when .
