About Air Spring

Air spring for Wood Processing Industry
For a long time, Guomat air springs have been used in other industries and have become indispensable and important equipment for these industries. Especially under harsh conditions such as dust, dust, particles or sludge, Guomat air spring actuators generally outperform conventional pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. For example, coarse particles are generated during wood processing, and air bladder actuators are ideal for this area. With traditional pushrod cylinders, particles can accumulate on the pushrod, causing wear and leakage during movement in the seal. In contrast, bladder-operated actuators do not contain sliding seals and articulating joints. The bellows actuator produces the stroke by deformation of the bellows wall. Dust particles on the walls of the airbag are on the outside and do not come into contact with the seals. Air bladder actuators have low wear characteristics, even under severe operating conditions. Conventional cylinders require precision guides that are expensive and susceptible to dirt and dust. The use of actuators does not require precision rails.
