Product Description
Air bellows are ideal for single-acting, short-stroke, high-thrust actuators. They are made of fabric-reinforced synthetic rubber and are available in single, double, or triple rotation, depending on the stroke and model. They contain no reciprocating metal parts, providing virtually frictionless thrust compared to conventional cylinders. All models are single-acting. Return is achieved partly by the bellows' natural spring action, but more often by the load itself. Their simple design ensures extremely long service life, even under harsh conditions, and is virtually maintenance-free. Air bellows are suitable for vibrating applications, such as high-frequency feeders.
