The AIRSUSTECH Flange Plate Air Spring serves as an ideal choice for applications requiring short stroke, high thrust single acting actuation. Manufactured from fabric-reinforced synthetic rubber in one, two, or three convolutions according to stroke and model specifications, this pneumatic actuator delivers reliable performance across diverse industrial requirements.
A key advantage is its design incorporating no reciprocating metal parts, providing virtually frictionless thrust compared with conventional pneumatic cylinders. As a single-acting unit, the return stroke is provided in part by the natural spring action of the bellows but more typically by the load itself. The simplicity of construction ensures an extremely long, virtually maintenance-free service life even under demanding conditions.
