This single convolution pneumatic air spring is constructed from premium natural rubber and reinforced steel mounting plates. It provides a minimum compressed height of 50 mm, a maximum extended height of 120 mm, delivering a working stroke of 70 mm.
For model 1k130090, the mounting plate features a diameter of 150 mm with a center-to-center distance of 44.5 mm. When operating at 0.7 MPa, the rubber bellows attains a maximum outer diameter of 85 mm.
This industrial pneumatic bellows functions by gas pressurization. It is equipped with a 1/4''BSP air port and utilizes fasteners sized 2X3/8''UNC.
