The Introduction of Flange Connection Air Springs 

This series air suspension features a removable flange design for easy maintenance and replacement. Air spring bellows consist of four layers of material: an inner layer, two layers of re inforcement fabric, and an outer sleeve. Flange-mounted air springs utilize the compression and expansion of a rubber bladder to absorb shock and vibration. When a load is applied, the internal air pressure adjusts to the weight, allowing the air spring to maintain a stable height and effectively isolate vibrations from external sources. Its design features sealed end plates and requires no additional components for easy installation. This construction provides excellent shock and impact absorption for increased comfort and safety. These air springs are ideal for use in a wide variety of machinery and vehicles, offering reliable performance in a wide range of applications.
