Check 24VDC power connection first, replace damaged adapter if voltage is abnormal; re-download the program if power is normal but still black.

Verify cable connection (RJ45/RS485) and port indicator; match HMI & PLC protocol, baud rate and address in software; replace faulty communication cable/port.
Q3: Touch screen unresponsive or slow?
Run HMI self-test first, recalibrate touch screen if test fails; optimize communication speed or split program variables if response is slow.

Adjust HMI data range if over-limit; use shielded cable and single-end grounding to avoid EMI; match data format with PLC.
