Extend the acceleration time to 15-20 seconds and moderately increase low-speed torque. Also verify the motor's rated current falls within the inverter's output current range.
Q: In building water supply systems with constant pressure control, water pressure fluctuates constantly with frequent inverter starts/stops. How to resolve?
A: Optimize PID parameters and start/stop thresholds. Check pressure feedback signal stability, adjust proportional gain (start with P=5.0) and integral time (I=100 seconds), then expand sleep thresholds to avoid frequent cycling from minor pressure fluctuations.
Q: The inverter controls a fan and reports "Overheating Fault (OH)" after running, though ambient temperature is normal and fan isn't locked. What's the issue?
