Q1: What happens if I wire a 200V model to a 480V supply?
A1: It will damage the power module instantly. Check model suffixes: A-suffix models are 200-230V, D-suffix models are 380-480V. Always match voltage requirements and adjust grid frequency parameters accordingly.
Q2: Motor runs but vibrates badly after wiring - how to fix?
A2: Use Yaskawa's original shielded twisted-pair encoder cables. Ground the shield only at the drive end and keep encoder cables at least 20cm away from power cables. Check for bent connector pins from shipping.
Q3: Signal drift during operation - grounding issues?
A3: Overseas grounding standards require ground resistance ≤4Ω with single-point grounding. Use ground wire with cross-sectional area ≥2.5mm² and length under 1 meter. Test ground resistance before powering on.
Q4: Parameter import causes error A.02 - how to resolve?
A4: Import only core parameters (motor model, control mode, electronic gear ratio, limit parameters) and reset others to factory defaults. Run motor auto-recognition first, then auto-tuning.
