The VFD-E Series is a compact AC motor drive available in single-phase 115V, single-phase 230V, three-phase 230V, and three-phase 460V models, with power ratings from 0.2 to 11KW. Featuring a modular design that supports side-by-side mounting and DIN rail installation, this series offers space-saving solutions with easy maintenance through detachable cooling fans and control panels.

Built-in PLC Function
Integrates a programmable logic controller with 350-step program capacity, supporting multiple programming languages including instruction list, ladder diagram, and SFC. Equipped with 45 types of instructions for writing simple automation programs, eliminating the need for external PLCs and reducing system costs.
Advanced Control Modes
Supports V/F open-loop and vector closed-loop control. Utilizes sensorless vector control algorithm to deliver high torque output at low speeds (150% torque at 1Hz) with dynamic torque compensation and automatic motor parameter identification.
Communication & Expansion
Standard RS-485 communication interface with MODBUS protocol support. Compatible with various fieldbus communication modules including DeviceNet, Profibus, LonWorks, and CANopen. Supports flexible expansion of I/O cards, relay cards, PG cards, and other function cards.

Can the 3-phase 460V model work with 400V European power systems?
While 400V is within the 380-480V input range, output torque will be reduced by 10-15%. For equipment requiring full torque, we recommend using a step-up transformer from 400V to 460V for optimal performance.
Why does my VFD-E keep tripping overload protection on my treadmill?
Check motor power compatibility and ensure proper ventilation. Clean cooling fans with compressed air and maintain at least 10cm clearance around the inverter for heat dissipation during extended operation.
How can I connect multiple VFD-E inverters to a single PLC?
