Structural Design
Double-row Steel Balls and Spherical Raceways: Features two rows of high-precision steel balls with a common spherical raceway in the outer ring and continuous deep groove raceways in the inner ring. This design provides exceptional self-aligning capability, automatically adjusting to shaft deflection or installation errors to maintain smooth shaft operation.
Cage Construction: Available with steel plate stamping cages for high-load conditions or injection-molded nylon 6,6 snap-type cages (TN9 type). Steel cages offer high strength and wear resistance, while nylon cages provide excellent self-lubrication, reduced weight, and improved high-speed performance with quieter operation.
