Our AGV caster wheels are specifically engineered for automated guided vehicle systems, delivering high precision, durability, and stable performance in demanding industrial environments. The caster frame is manufactured from heavy-duty pressed steel and incorporates a dual raceway plane bearing structure, with ball tracks treated through cold hardening to significantly enhance wear resistance and service life. High-precision machining enables the swivel head to achieve steering accuracy within ±0.1 mm, ensuring smooth control, reliable direction tracking, and precise positioning during AGV operation. The plane bearing swivel structure minimizes rotational resistance, while the dual-wheel differential design greatly improves maneuverability, especially for in-place rotation and tight turning scenarios. An optional secondary shock-absorbing spring mechanism helps prevent wheel suspension and slippage, reducing vibration and energy loss, which in turn improves power efficiency and extends AGV battery operating time. The wheel is constructed with a lightweight aluminum alloy core combined with a cast polyurethane (PU) tread, offering low noise, high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, and suitability for high-speed AGV operation.
