This 6-inch heavy-duty nylon caster is specially engineered for high-temperature working environments, featuring outstanding heat resistance up to 280℃. The wheel body is integrally molded with modified high-temperature resistant PA nylon material, which maintains stable physical hardness and structural strength under long-term high-temperature conditions, avoiding softening, deformation or aging damage caused by continuous heat exposure.
The caster adopts thickened galvanized steel swivel bracket, with precision turntable structure to ensure flexible rotation even under heavy load and high temperature. Standard flat plate mounting design matches universal mounting hole spacing, convenient for installation and replacement on various high-temperature equipment. It is widely applicable to bakery ovens, food baking trolleys, industrial drying ovens, heat treatment equipment, metal processing high-temperature work carts and other harsh working scenarios.
