This industrial swivel caster adopts wear-resistant solid black rubber wheel, galvanized thick steel bracket and built-in double ball swivel bearing. Equipped with a red dust-proof sealing ring at the swivel joint, it integrates shock absorption, silent rolling, floor protection and anti-rust performance. It is a cost-effective universal moving fitting for factory trolleys, storage racks, equipment cabinets and logistics transport carts.
The high-density solid rubber tread delivers excellent elasticity and shock absorption. It greatly eliminates rolling noise and vibration during pushing, realizing quiet operation in workshops and warehouses. The soft rubber surface will not scratch, dent or abrade epoxy floors, tiles, marble and cement ground, no extra protective mat is needed. The rubber material also features good wear resistance, tear resistance and anti-slip performance for daily heavy transport work.
The bracket and square mounting plate are stamped from thick steel sheet with integral bending forming. The whole metal surface is hot-dip galvanized to form a uniform anti-rust zinc coating, effectively isolating moisture, dust and oxidation to avoid rust in humid factory environments. The red rubber sealing ring at the swivel gap blocks fine dust, debris and water mist from entering the bearing, reducing bearing wear and extending the caster’s service life.
The swivel base is fitted with double ball bearings, which largely reduce rotation friction. The caster can rotate 360° smoothly and effortlessly even under full load, without jamming or harsh scraping sounds. The square four-hole flat top plate provides a large contact area with equipment bases, and standardized hole positions ensure tight, stable installation without looseness or tilt during frequent pushing.
Reinforced bending structure of the steel bracket improves overall rigidity and impact resistance. It resists deformation and breakage when colliding with goods or warehouse shelves. Multiple wheel diameter options are available to meet different load demands, perfectly matching medium and light-heavy industrial handling scenarios with long service lifespan.
