Adopts integrated solid steel wheel core wrapped with high-performance green PU layer. The rigid steel core provides strong structural support to avoid wheel deformation under heavy load; the high-density PU tread boasts outstanding abrasion resistance, tear resistance and anti-slip performance. It rolls smoothly on concrete, epoxy, steel plate and tile floors, with low noise and no floor scratches. Excellent oil resistance and aging resistance extend long service life for continuous industrial use.
Thick cold-rolled steel stamping bracket with multi-layer electroplating treatment, effectively resisting rust, oxidation and weak chemical corrosion. Optimized structural design improves torsion resistance and anti-collision ability, no bending or deformation under long-term medium-heavy load operation. Precision double ball bearing swivel raceway enables 360° flexible steering without jamming, stable performance for frequent turning and moving scenarios.
Equipped with dual-function total lock brake pedal. Once engaged, it locks both wheel rolling and swivel rotation completely, firmly fixing equipment position to prevent accidental sliding and shifting during production operation. The brake pedal is labor-saving and easy to operate, stable locking performance after thousands of brake tests, suitable for strict safety requirements of industrial equipment.
Universal square mounting plate with standard hole spacing, compatible with most industrial trolleys, mobile workbenches, mechanical equipment frames and warehouse racks. Reinforced bolt axle with anti-loose nut prevents axle loosening under long-distance bumpy transportation, ensuring long-term structural stability and safety.
