Our 100mm cutting depth TCT annular cutters feature H11 tool steel body + K30 grade tungsten carbide tips. H11 substrate provides high toughness, anti-deformation performance under heavy cutting load. K30 carbide cutting tips deliver outstanding wear resistance for continuous thick plate machining.
Designed for magnetic drill machines, this cutter maintains stable cutting performance on thick high-strength steel. Compared with HSS annular cutters, TCT tips have excellent red hardness, less thermal wear and longer service life, especially for continuous heavy-duty drilling. Multiple shank types available (Weldon, Fein, universal shank). We also support non-standard custom sizes and OEM private label for European & US clients. Flexible MOQ, fast lead time and reliable after-sales support.
Workable materials: S355NL, DH36 marine steel, mild steel, stainless steel, high tensile heavy plate.
Q1: What material are your 100mm TCT annular cutters made of?
A: The cutter body adopts H11 hot work tool steel, cutting tips are K30 grade tungsten carbide. This combination balances toughness and wear resistance for deep heavy-load drilling.
Q2: What steel materials can this 100mm depth TCT annular cutter drill?
A: It performs best on offshore high-strength steel S355NL, DH36, carbon steel and stainless steel. Recommended for thick plate continuous drilling.
Q3: Which magnetic drill machines are compatible?
A: It supports Weldon, Fein and universal shank, compatible with most mainstream magnetic drills on the market. Please confirm shank type before ordering.
