Our SB‑series solid tungsten carbide rotary burrs are widely used for metal deburring, weld cleaning, material removal, shaping and surface finishing. Each burr features high‑density carbide substrate, sharp flute geometry and stable cutting performance, suitable for die grinder operation in metal fabrication, machinery repair and automotive workshops.
We support bulk order and OEM customization on burr shape, cut type and shank size. Strict dimensional tolerance ensures consistent performance batch‑to‑batch.
This SB‑1 carbide burr comes with working diameter 1/4"(6.35 mm) and cutting length 1/2"(12.7 mm). Compact size makes it ideal for fine‑detail finishing, narrow‑space deburring and light material removal on thin steel sheet, aluminum and stainless steel. Recommended for low‑to‑medium stock removal requirements.
