Product profile

 

The WE type directional control valve is an electromagnet operated reversing slide valve for controlling the opening and closing and flow direction of the oil.

This directional control valve mainly includes a valve body (1), one or two electromagnets (2), a control spool (3) and one or two return springs (4).

In the unenergized state, the control spool (3) is held in the middle or initial position by the return spring (4) (except the pulse valve), and the control spool (3) is wet.

Magnet (2) operation.

In order to ensure satisfactory operation, the pressure chamber of the electromagnet must be filled with oil.

The force of the electromagnet (2) acts on the control spool (3) via the push rod (5), pushing it from the initial position to the desired position, which causes the oil to flow from P to A, B.

To T or P to B, A to T free flow.

When the electromagnet (2) is de-energized, the control spool (3) is pushed to the initial position by the return spring (4).

Manual emergency operation (6) Controls the movement of the spool (3) when the solenoid is not energized.

WE6...L6X/O... type (only for functions A, C, D)

This valve is a two-position valve with a double electromagnet, and the spool has no fixed position in the de-energized state.

WE6...L6X/OF... type, pulse valve (only for functions A, C, D)

This valve is a two-position valve with a double electromagnet and a positioner that can be held in either position and the electromagnet does not have to be energized continuously.

Cartridges (WE6...L6X/.../B... type)

When it is necessary to limit the flow into the valve, it can be installed in port P.
