Product profile
The paper roll splitter is a special device that uses a hydraulic cutter to cut objects such as paper rolls, wood boards, cardboard, and the like. The equipment is designed to be compact and safe. With one button operation, the knife returns to the initial position when the button is released.
The hydraulic splitter consists of an operator panel, tool holder and hydraulic system. The web tweezer is fixed to the ground with chemical bolts and does not require special foundations.
The tool holder consists of 1-2 blades and is hydraulically driven from both sides to ensure uniform distribution of the blade cutting load on the web. The level control ensures that the blade is always in a horizontal position.
This machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch. When an emergency occurs, the emergency stop switch should be taken immediately. The hydraulic unit of the hydraulic pick-up machine will immediately shut down and all actions will stop.
Application
The hydraulic paper roll splitter is mainly used for the longitudinal cutting of the paper roll or the pulp board, so that the paper roll is rebuilt. Mainly applicable to: cultural paper rolls, packaging paper rolls and packaging pulp boards.
