Exceptional Low Coefficient of Friction: The inner layer features an ultra-smooth molecular surface that vastly reduces hydraulic friction. With a significantly lower roughness coefficient than steel or concrete, solid particles and abrasive particles glide through the pipe seamlessly. This minimizes internal turbulence—the primary catalyst for severe localized wear in piping systems.
High Elasticity & Toughness Against Particle Impact: Unlike brittle metallic or ceramic-lined pipes that chip and erode under continuous kinetic impact, the specialized PE matrix possesses excellent viscoelastic properties.
