HDPE Double-Wall (Hollow-Wall) Spiral Winding Pipe is a structured-wall pipe manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using a hot-state spiral winding process. The product fully complies with the requirements of China National Standard GB/T 19472.2-2004:

This piping system is suitable for gravity-flow water transmission at temperatures below 45°C. Compared with pure plastic pipes, the reinforced steel strips easily enable the pipe—especially large-diameter pipes—to achieve a sufficiently safe and reliable ring stiffness.
Smooth Inner Wall with 20%-30% Lower Flow Resistance
The inner wall of the polyethylene (PE) pipe is ultra-smooth with a minimal friction coefficient. Consequently, sediments do not easily accumulate inside the pipeline, and the hydraulic friction resistance remains virtually unchanged even after long-term service.
Flexible, Leak-Free Connections
Featuring two sealing connection methods—electrofusion welding and butt welding. Both can be manually operated using simple tools without the need for heavy machinery, making the installation exceptionally quick, simple, and reliably leak-free.
Corrosion Resistance and 50+ Year Lifespan
High-density polyethylene (PE) pipelines possess exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion, ensuring a service life of up to 50 years.
Lightweight with Fewer Joints
Due to its light weight, no large-scale lifting equipment is required during installation. Benefiting from excellent axial flexibility, the pipe places lower requirements on the flatness and firmness of the trench bottom and exhibits strong capabilities to withstand abnormal stresses caused by improper installation.
On-Site Production
The structural profile strips can be transported in coils (similar to standard cable reels). The pipe winding equipment is simple and compact, allowing manufacturers to easily transport the machinery directly to or near the construction site for localized winding and production. This drastically slashes the user's logistical and transportation costs.
