Application :
1. Vacuum coating:
In the process of vacuum coating, such as the deposition of metal films, oxide films, and nitride films on the surfaces of materials, two-stage rotary vane pumps are used to create a high-vacuum environment. This ensures the purity and quality of the coating by preventing air and other impurities from interfering with the deposition process. For example, in the production of optical coatings for lenses, the precise control of the vacuum environment by two-stage rotary vane pumps is crucial to achieve the desired optical properties.
2. Vacuum drying :
In the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, vacuum drying is used to remove moisture from materials at low temperatures. Two-stage rotary vane pumps are used to create the vacuum required for the drying process. By reducing the pressure, the boiling point of water is lowered, allowing the moisture to be removed without damaging the heat-sensitive materials. When the ambient temperature range is under 40℃, the air inlet pressure is less than 1300Pa, which allows long-term continuous operation. However, when the pumped gas relative humidity is above 90%, it should open the gas ballast valve.
