The invention patent number is ZL2007 1 0171793.3, and it has the following characteristics:The streamlined design structure of the valve body cavity adopts the IEC534 standard, which avoids the impact of particulate media on the inner wall of the valve body;The valve body adopts a balanced self circulating treatment structure with fluid medium self isolation, which avoids a large number of coal powder particles from entering the valve stem and packing part, effectively solving the valve leakage caused by wear and tear.The valve has a self-cleaning function, and the design of the valve guide part adopts an anti garbage tank treatment structure, which can effectively prevent particles in the fluid from entering the gap between the guide sleeve and causing the valve to jam; At the same time, there is a steam interlock flushing hole on the valve cover. pressure difference of the valve.The use of high thrust piston actuators can effectively improve the pressure resistance and other capabilities of valves.The connection between the valve and the actuator adopts a clamp structure, which is convenient for fastening and disassembling.
