V400-Er Rotary Eccentric Plug Control Valve
Eccentric Rotary Control Valve, a.k.a. Camflex Valve features novel structure and small flow resistance. The disc rotation center is eccentric to the rotation axis, which can reduce seat wear and prolong life span. The small pressure drop can avoid cavitation as well as reduce noise and vibration. The valve also possesses compact structure, small volume, light weight, installerfriendliness, smooth flow passage, large flow capacity, rangeability, application in a wide range of temperatures, low leakage and dynamic stability for both two flow directions, besides ordinary services, are especially designed for services including high flow rate, high viscosity and particles.
The deep barrel-like actuator integrated with simplest mechanisms utilizes a powerful diaphragm actuator that features a long travel, high air pressure, and nimble and reliable action; double action cylinder actuators are available for services of higher differential pressure. Single action cylinder actuators are also provided.
Single-acting cylinder, gear-rack cylinder, electric and hydraulic actuators are available.
