ZDLP Electronic Miniature Single-seat Control Valve
The ZDLP type electronic miniature single-seat control valve consists of a 381L series electronic actuator and a miniature single-seat control valve. It is powered by 220V·AC50Hz and includes a servo amplifier, a position signal generator, a handwheel mechanism, position limit switches, and a valve position indicator. It can directly accept the 4-20mA (2-10V·DC) output from industrial control instruments or computers to control the valve opening, so as to adjust the medium pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc. Meanwhile, it can output a 4-20mA valve position feedback signal. The valve body adopts a low-resistance straight-through single-seat upper guide structure. It features high precision, large flow rate, and small leakage, and is widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, power stations, and metallurgy that require large flow rates and small leakage.
