Product Introduction
The silicon nitride high-temperature thermal surface igniter is an advanced new type of igniter that utilizes the heat conduction of the heating element for ignition. The heating element of the product is made of a silicon nitride-molybdenum disilicide composite material or silicon nitride with embedded heating wire (or printed circuit) sintered. The ceramic mounting base of low-power igniters can use 95% alumina ceramic parts, while high-power ones generally select cordierite ceramic parts with better thermal shock resistance. After powering on, the product can reach the ignition temperature in just a few seconds with a large surge current. During operation, it is unaffected by moisture, electromagnetic fields, and other environmental factors, and it does not generate any electromagnetic interference to the external environment. It has many advantages such as high ignition rate, safety and reliability, and long service life, and can ignite various combustible substances in gaseous, liquid, or solid forms. It is widely used in high-end household gas stoves, ovens, furnaces, water heaters, dryers, incubators, heating furnaces, non-electric air conditioners, and other gas appliances.
